3 coaxial conductor screened cable is a very complicated cable. Firstly, it is of 3- coaxial construction. Each coaxial cable contains: silver copper conductor, with fep insulation and ptfe tape wrapping, then the tinned copper braiding as shield, finally fep jacket.
In order to make the whole cable round and smooth, we fill with glass fiber, afterwards, an overall shield ( tinned copper wire braid), outer jacket is FEP again.
The screen is stainless steel wire braided to protect the whole cable from abrasion and tearing.
So, we can find there are multi layer shield to ensure the less signal loss and no interferences. And this cable can work at 200 degree environment.
